What ? You're not even a five point Calvinist and you still want the Elect to laugh at your ways ? You need to read the Institutes a lot more before that will be up for consideration.
(Sorry JLB, the above is not serious though it may represent a serious deja vu from discussions held elsewhere say 20 years ago)

LOL, I remember getting the two volume set of the Institutes from my local library 17 years ago. They definitely fall under the "bed time reading" category. But I suppose you can some comedy in Calvin's writings. He definitely called his enemies some nasty names.

If one has gotten to the point where one thinks that Calvin and his writings are totally normal, double predestination and all, then I suppose that that will become possible, yeah.
