The mayor set off my alarm bells, he was acting as if he accomplished something, very smug, carried a grin in initial interviews. He did order a stand down of LE and national guard so I say that alone gives credence to a staged occurrence.

Since the "white nationalists" are planning more "events" I'm sure the charade will become apparent.
