There never was anything LEGALLY binding about it to begin with, as far as Law or Treaty are concerned.
It was a "commitment".
I doubt the Dems are ever going to get a landslide.
At least until the rapture of the Church.
I'm looking for revival.
This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity (futility) of their mind, having the understanding darkened...

Which requires that those who are on God's side (and that sure isn't Hillary Clinton) do things with integrity and humility rather than in arrogance.

I think I explained that already.

That's would be a matter of opinion, I suppose.

Colonel, I'm really not following your thinking.
I'm glad we (America) are out.
Trump did right.

A november 2016 poll had 69 percent of American voters in favor of staying and 13 percent in favor of leaving the Paris agreement. Decisions like that need some good public relations skills, not just an ability to carry through with it.

The whole thing is much ado about nothing good.

According to a recent Time Magazine article, Obama (heroically) found and employed a loophole in order to enter the Paris agreement and Trump can (less than heroically) employ the same loophole to cancel it. But the claim in this thread is that Trump is merely treating the loophole as void and Obama's action as illegal. I suppose lawyers and politicians figure out how to intepret the same facts any way they want. It's easier for politicians to get away with it of course.
