Trump Sparks Outrage by Lifting Transgender Bathroom Guidelines
The Trump administration has outraged the LGBTQ community by revoking the federal guidelines that allowed public school students to use bathrooms corresponding to their gender identity.
The administration argues that the issue is best left to state and local authorities to decide, rescinding the guidelines put forth by the Obama administration.
The Obama guidelines were put on hold by a Texas federal judge after 13 states sued, arguing the federal government was overreaching. Transgender advocacy groups argued that the guidelines were necessary to address discrimination against trans students.
Celebrities, many Democrats and transgender advocates quickly denounced the move, including the singer who performed the national anthem at Trump's inauguration.
The "Outnumbered" panel, including Judge Alex Ferrer, weighed in today, with the judge explaining that the issue is whether federal protections against gender discrimination should apply to gender identity.
Ferrer said states and schools have an obligation to protect students regardless of the federal guidelines.
Meghan McCain noted that Trump expressed support for the LGTBQ community at the RNC over the summer and he said last year that Caitlyn Jenner could use whichever bathroom she wanted at Trump Tower.
McCain said she believes this is a civil rights issue that should not simply be left to states.
"The abuse, murder rate and suicide rates of trans students and trans teenagers - especially trans women of color - is hugely high. I do a lot of advocacy work in the LGBT community. I worry this is opening doors for discrimination in schools," said McCain, adding she thought the issue was already "put to bed."

This issue is so ridiculous it's almost laughable. Give them their own restrooms and be done with it. Oh!! I forgot! They tried that. But that's not what they want, they want full access. Why should little girls have to see a boy's private parts and vice verses? It's insanity on steroids.

Why should we care if we cause "outrage" in a group that makes up less than what, 1% of America's population?
Time for the "Moral Majority" to run this country again, instead of the "Immoral Minority".
A group saturated in sexual perversion has no right to attach themselves to "Civil Rights".

So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.
I can't figure out how many bathrooms they would really need in order to please all the different gender identities.
The he to she bathroom
The she to he bathroom
The not quite either bathroom
The irrationality is over the top.

I actually find it insulting that they would make sexual perversion a Civil Rights issue. The Civil Rights movement of the sixties was against discrimination based on skin color. No one can help what skin color they are born with and no one should be treated differently based on that.
No one has ever been discriminated against based on a person's free-will choice to engage in a particular sexual act or to freely choose to identify as something that their biology says differently. But children, especially young girls, should not have to be subjected to having to see naked men in their bathrooms and showers just because someone wants to act as if they are offended if they are not allowed to. Common sense simply is not as common as it used to be, especially among the liberal (and predominantly "Hollywood") mindset.
Christians need to stop watching Ellen. As a matter of fact, Christians need to boycott Hollywood altogether. I know that most won't because we have programmed our flesh to need its entertainment and we think that we can ignore Hollywood's overt messages. But if Christians had boycotted Hollywood propaganda a long time ago they may not have gained this false idea that they have the power to influence the masses that they have today. Hollywood is no longer about entertainment (IF they ever were). They are about PROPAGANDA!!!!

Give them their own restrooms and be done with it
You gonna pay for that??? That's going to cost a lot of money to accomplish
No, let those born with a pee pee use the men's room... and those without a pee pee use the ladies room.
Christians should not be coddling perverts by agreeing that they need their own bathroom.
I actually find it insulting that they would make sexual perversion a Civil Rights issue
Why be insulted? Does not God's Word teach us that satan is going to continue to bring his evil deeds until Jesus gets here and locks him up?
Jesus made is very clear that satan comes to steal, kill, and destroy. More evil is on the way so no need to be insulted, surprised, worried, or anything like that...

I think I'll just start bringing my own toilet.
I agree with ValW though, this isn't about bathrooms at all.

Yep...selfish and demonic to push for your 'perceived' rights while violating the actual rights to privacy of millions of little girls.
