yes you are correct, I'm afraid that a bunch of old white men (some racist as he**) are in charge of this country (for right now).
We do not have the same racial tensions in our parties as the USA so am speaking from a christian perspective and who most closely aligns with a christian platform

There are many Democrats who are better believers than Republicans and there would be Democrat platforms that are more scripturally aligned than some Republican ones

I would have no problem voting for a Democrat who was closer to the biblical standard than a Republican and would much rather a minority black, hispanic etc as POTUS or senator than a white Republican

My comments are reflected on who most closely aligns to christian values overall and at the beginning I was willing to give Obama time to lead America to greater godliness.
After 8 years sadly he has disappointed and has sold out to the gay agenda and other areas of concern.

My platform is God and his Word first

    Question

Wait a minute...Why are Christians seeing through the lens of race? I thought we see as God sees? Gal. 3:28...I Sam. 16:7

Shouldn't we be asking Holy Spirit for discernment before assuming Trump's mostly white Cabinet is anything less than above board.

Or is it PREJUDICE & RACIST to assume that just because they're white they will not be fair and impartial? At least he has appointed minorities

If memory serves, President Clinton (called first black President by some ignorant Negroes ) had NO blacks in His inner circle and his criminal justice policy put more black men in prison than any other President before him. Hmmm?

I don't care what color they are, as long as they do what they're suppose to do to get America on track! Race or skin color has ceased being a deal breaker for me once I purposed to be 100% for God's agenda instead of man's.

We're in this mess now because the CHURCH FAILED her assignment and that includes black churches, white churches, Hispanic churches, and every church that claims Christ as her Head! Period!

If we don't get this thing right this time around, which I believe we will, its OVER for America. So instead of constantly belittling and questioning the new President, we need to allow him to do his job while we PRAY for him as we are commanded!
When your praise match your prayers, the answer will come.

I an speaking on what I see after 8 years
I was hoping Obama would be used by God to bring revival in America and believed it would be good for America to have a black or minority president

Sadly as the time passed Obama began to implement anti christian laws and this is what I am commenting on
Forget trying to explain TT. The worshippers of black Camelot don't want to hear it. The idolatry of race has infiltrated the black Church so deep, only the Holy Spirit can cleanse her of it.

No matter how much evidence you present, they ALWAYS come back with the a counter defense that has absolutely nothing to do with truth.

I've practically given up discussing politics with those that hold a Cultural or Democratic world view. It's futile.

I agree, it sounded good in 2008. I didn't think of it as conductive of revival, just good in general. Then things changed in time and it seems that that was the real agenda and the election speeches of 2008 were just to get him elected. Same with Trump, he has already moderated every major election promise so the real question is where things will be heading. Which noone knows yet and if anything his moderations should have been seen as positive by those who have decided to hate him.

No, we need qualified people running the government, not a checklist for diversity.

Faithfulone..you do realize we could help women's health while NOT funding abortion...right? But the LEFT would not approve such funding if a clause prohibiting abortion were included...you know this...right?

Faithfulone...President Trump expressed support funding to women's centers that do NOT promote and perform abortions....do you agree with that?

People hear what they want to hear..I actually HEARD something different...I heard him say he would make decision based on what is best for ALL Americans....now certainly each 'group' can grab that and say what I want is what's best for America...but that was not what he said...he did not say he would do what certain groups believe is best...

He is going to be moderate...and both sides are going to try to incinerate him...with the strong arm of media assistance of course...
