Hillary and Wisconsin recount
Is it possible that Hillary could still be President if recounts have her winning

So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.
Anything is possible. It's not really Hillary, it's all of THEM against Trump (and the people).

The concern is that Russians might have hacked into the voting apparatus, switching votes from Clinton to Trump. Given Russia's known intervention in this election in favor of Trump (the hacking into the email server of her campaign organizer and the release of embarrassing emails), the concern is perfectly valid.
However, a recount of hacked votes won't change anything; the votes would have already been changed. What we really need is a forensic analysis of the entire voting apparatus by computer security professionals (of both parties).
The U.S. has a long history of intervening in other nations' political battles; now, we are learning what it means to be on the receiving end of such intervention!!

To my knowledge Trump won because people failed to show up and actually vote for Hillary. Not because a lot of people voted for Trump. Which doesn't suggest that votes have been switched.

Trump won because the manufacturing states have been degrading for years under Democratic rule. Hillary make comments about shutting down coal mines. Trump spoke about getting manufacturing jobs back, that resonated with a lot of people. Those states turned the election in Trump's favor. I don't believe for one minute that Putin would rather deal with Trump than Hillary. Putin knows he could easily buy Hillary, Trump is a mystery.

I agree with the first part of what you said.
For the past 20 years, since the passage of NAFTA, there has been a bipartisan consensus in favor of free trade. While free trade brought higher overall GDP and lower prices to Americans, it definitely left behind large sections of the nation, leaving many distressed communities in the rust belt and elsewhere. It literally destroyed some communities.
This year, both Sanders and Trump promised an end to this consensus, and I support them on this point. Now, with Trump, it will be interesting to see whether he carries out on his promises to repeal NAFTA, raise tariffs on imported goods, and thereby bring back the jobs. It seems that he is already backing away from these promises. I definitely don't believe that the corporatist GOP Congress will go along with him without a fight. He may need to align himself with progressive Democrats (like Sanders) to get it passed, that is, assuming he actually wants to get it passed.
It will also be interesting to see whether Americans overall will be supportive of the end of the free-trade regime, when they realize that it will end the "Walmart business model", and cause them to pay much higher prices for all of their goods!
I'm willing to pay higher prices for the sake of restoring the distressed communities of my fellow Americans, but I'm not sure how the entire nation will react.

What prompted the recount request is the discovery, by some analysts, of "statistical anomalies"; i.e., across districts within a state, different outcomes depending on the technology of the voting apparatus being used in that district. Of course this is not proof of anything. But I believe that is what prompted the recount request.
Which is not to say that there were many other factors that affected the outcome of the race.
