Literally "in the hall of the old man of Dovre". Dovre is a mountain range in Southern Norway. Since it's the old man of a mountain, implicitly the insides of the mountain, it follows that this particular old man is in fact a mountain troll. The troll king ? Perhaps. Or their elder. The oldest troll.

Now take that character and place him in the White House. The troll king is perhaps wise but that is according to the reckoning of trolls, not according to the reckoning of men.

Maybe Trump fits that description in the mind of a Democrat, I wouldn't know.

A new compilation...

All of these people should be sent a *Gag Gift* consisting of a Crow attached to a silver platter, along with a knife and a fork wrapped in a nice, linen napkin.
