Girlfriend watched this. She's an assistant director of nursing for a retirement home. Says this is probably an orthotic coming apart. Would make sense since it looks like her foot goes completely limp and one of the main reasons to have an orthotic is to keep "foot drop" from happening. Explains the stumble. Why would she have foot drop unless she's had head trauma though?

Girlfriend is a nurse. Deals with AFO's and colostomy bags. She's saying this is probably an AFO (orthotic leg brace) coming apart. She says this looks like a neurologic episode and the only reason someone would be wearing a foot brace like this would be to prevent "foot drop".
Notice how her foot goes limp after the AFO comes apart?
She literally can't keep her foot from dragging even when conscious. This is a common problem for people who have had some form of head trauma.

Whatever it is it seems to be something dropped that bounces off the back of her pant leg, it doesn't seem to be coming from under her cuff per the video at the 0:31 mark.
I was reading the youtube comments and some seem to think it may be part of a diazepam pen that may have been previously photographed being carried by that one man who keeps rushing to her aid:

One thing I noticed is that the second video is considered "a different angle" but I've replayed them several times and one video is a mirror image of the first one. not sure how they do that, but it is, a mirror image.
The weird thing is, if I hadn't known that was her I would have thought it was an invalid or something the way she was walking. It looked really weird.
