    It seems to be his style. Kind of like Americans who sprinkle "f...in" throughout their sentences.
    I doubt Pres. Obama actually cares or is offended; it's just a matter of maintaining decorum.

    I agree that we shouldn't interfere with how other countries manage their internal affairs;
    we have enough problems of our own. (Duterte has been criticized for "extra-judicial killings",
    but isn't that what we're doing with our drone strikes on people who have not been determined by
    a court of law to be guilty of anything?)
