It's more believable when people don't have a chip on their shoulder in relation to the topic being discussed, in this case wof, prosperity theology, money.

Steve Munsey is one of the worst of the 'false' prosperity preachers (I do believe in Biblical prosperity) in that he just makes up doctrine pertaining to giving from events in the Bible (such as the 'Passover Offering') to play on the emotions of the people in order to get money. It really grieves and angers me some of the 'doctrine' he teaches about giving.
I'm not sure he's a heretic per se, but there is an element of a 'wolf in sheep's clothing' about him and he is literally robbing the sheep. I do consider him a thief because he extorts money from God's people under false pretense. I hope it doesn't cost him his salvation, and I say that with all gravity and seriousness.

When I see him do a telethon for anyone I mark that network or minster down as compromised and avoid them !!!
