Rick Joyner's dream of new breed of leadership
From his facebook page:

There is a new breed of leadership soon to arise. It will be resolute and fearless, and so very offensive to those whose soul and character have been dulled and imprisoned by the PC police and the fear of man. There will be conflict between these two, but the new breed is going to prevail.
Last night in a dream I saw this new breed of leader, and how they were preparing for the times. In this dream I sat together with them and studied history. We began with 1950 going over t...he major events of each year that shaped the course of these times. When we finished this study they had great clarity about what was coming next, and what they were to do.
The next five years are going to be some of the most intense we have ever experienced, but they will reveal who is true and who is not. They will also reveal those who are here to lead us to our destiny. These leaders will be very hard, even seeming harsh, but they are the ones who can lead us through what is to come. The courageous will have clarity, but the fearful will have increasing darkness. As the Lord told Joshua, we must be strong and courageous, only consider that the "strong" may be a little stronger than we have considered.

Is he talking about the church? Or the government?
I can't quite figure it out

On a general level I don't disagree with his prophecy but doesn't this sort of thing happen whenever God raises up a new generation of leaders.
A new breed has been preached by different ministers for over 2 decades.

No, not really. There has been, imo, an over-emphasis in not offending people in even the best Churches. I think Rick's point is that there will be leaders that will indeed offend, but it will be Christ Himself, and many won't understand the spirit in which the person is operating. I believe that as well.

Yeah, I'm not sure why this is in the politics section.....I didn't see this as being about government leaders at all.

And if you read the comments in that particular thread it definitely points to politics also...a couple examples:

David A Stutzman Thank you for your dream and insight. I agree. I also believe the rise of Donald Trump is a prophetic picture of what will happen in the spiritual. The Kingdom of God will shake up the Establishment Church's who cannot adjust to the new wine skin and new wine. The true heart of Father God will be displayed. More love than the Establishment of control can conceive. Let the outpouring continue.

Jimmy Robertson Resonates! I see it. As Jesus was with nonsense and with religion. Straight talk will destroy old strongholds. Nations!! The word reads political but expect shakings throughout the Church. It must get on track

Well, I get his weekly Word stuff and I know he talks about politics, I just didn't see it in this clip. Still not sure, regardless of people's comments, but thanks for the explanation. He could very well be talking about political leaders. Actually, I hope he is. And that doesn't include Trump necessarily.
