Honestly....my hope is that it humbled him. That's why I'm glad he lost. He's so arrogant, I think it's a very good thing. Maybe he'll get off of the braggadocious talking points about being number 1 and all that jazz, and admit he's just a fallible human being in this life, wanting to serve his country and a bigger purpose. *That's* the point I'm making.

I don't think it will make a difference.. that's his basic personality make up.

The fact remains that he simply speaks what everyone else is thinking but won't say for fear of being chastised.

I'm not defending him at all. I'm not for him, although he would still be better than ANY Demoncrat. I am simply saying that his great appeal to folks is the fact that he speaks what the majority of Patriots in America are thinking without holding anything back. People have grown weary of politics as usual, and he is offering them an alternative.
Personally, I would rather see Ben Carson make it.

I agree, Zeke. I've said the same thing about Trump. But he is crass, arrogant, and immature. He has great strengths, but great weaknesses as well. I was hoping this loss would humble him, as I said, but now he wants a recount. This is what I'm talking about. He's just so darn silly......

Isn't the word that is usually used when talking about the whacked out wealthy "Eccentric"?
