    The Trump of Yesterday

Before you caucus and blame the media, watch what comes out of Trumps own mouth. I dare you. You know when you go to a horse race its wise to see what that horse has done before. Same with picking a pres

Well, if Mr. Trump gets the nomination, the Democrats will certainly be using those clips in their television commercials.

That's not what you call a hybrid. That's called a liar. Supposedly changing what he believes to get elected.

He could be lying about being a hybrid rather than mostly a Democrat. Or maybe he has turned into more of a Republican-leaning hybrid. His actual views may be complex enough to warrant some uncertainty and room for reemphasis, For instance he has said that he is both pro-choice and pro-life and I think I understand what it means but it basically just boils down to pro-choice. What he certainly is not, is a true Republican. In Norway where the political spectrum is more diverse they try hard to keep someone like that in rein. With only two parties that matter, there is naturally more wriggle room.

There's probably 10000 times more clips that can be used against Hillary.

Her snapping, "What difference does it make??!" contrasted against Pat Smith's accusations of Hillary lying to her face about the death of her son Sean Smith who fought bravely in Benghazi to save the ambassador.

And the illegal stuff that woman has pulled over a lifetime makes Trump look like Mary Poppins.

To be fair, I'm not 100% certain Trump has not changed his mind on certain issues like abortion. He does say that his personal interaction with a friend of his who had a difficult pregnancy made him change his mind, but who knows?

Trump's arrogance bothers me more than anything, to be honest.

Yes, and what I don't understand is when he decided to run, why didn't he do so as a Democrat? It's clear that most of his historical positions are more in line with the Democrat party than with the GOP. He would have had to lie less had he decided to run as a Democrat. (Edit: I understand that every politician lies to a certain degree.)

No doubt, but it's going to be hard for Mr. Trump to make that case with these clips showing him praising Hillary, saying that she would be a good choice to negotiate a deal with Iran, for example.

Trump flatters those who will grant him favors in the business world, and I'm pretty certain that is what was going on. But again, this does go to his character and his talking out of both sides of his mouth.

I do believe he loves this country, and probably for the most part, has been shielded from the actions of corrupt politicians, and *THAT* is why he curries favors from them, including the Clintons.

His being a billionaire means he's been shielded from a lot of the corruption and shenanigans. His kissing the ring of the current corrupt politician is a part of "doing business in NYC" is what he says. The people will have to decide if that is reasonable and believable.
