Thread: Trump is skipping the next debate

I'm going to just say it. People are being really, REALLY stupid when it comes to "The Donald." They can't see through his bluster to see what is really going on. Do you REALLY think Megyn Kelly and Fox are the problem? I sure don't! He's playing his supporters like a fiddle. I watched part of the debate last night to spite him! (It's actually the first one I watched. )

I think his supporters are in love with a reality show star. I'm starting to think it might not be a joke for Kanye to run in 2020. :/

OK, let me jump on the honesty train too IF The Donald ends up POTUS (a pretty big IF) he would be worse than Obama...let me explain...at least O was HONEST about where he stood on social issues... to me D is saying and pandering to people to get what he wants. I'm not even sure he WANTS to be POTUS. It's all a part of his big ego to see how far he can get.

Obama is only honest inasmuch as he wants to free terrorists, let more terrorists in, has the Muslim Brotherhood to the White House, and yes, he's honest that he wants to collapse the economy by making it unsustainable, but he's still quite duplicitous and very dishonest, imo. I completely disagree in one regard. IMO, Obama has been the most duplicitous president in our history. He has an aura of stating where he stands, but lies through his teeth constantly, and his administration, too. Someone compiled a very long list on another site of all of the Obama administration's lies/scandals/etc.....and it was VERY LONG.

How would you like to be Gibson guitar, targeted by the IRS, forced to pay 1 million in fines and not be charged with one, single, crime? Your "crime" is that you give to Conservative causes? Or a mother who lost her child in the Benghazi debaucle, and have Obama, Hillary, et al, lie to your face? Or have known terrorists who swear they will kill Americans, released from Gitmo? I mean, I could go on and on about the lies and duplicity of Obama.

And as I've said many times.....but it bears repeating. I would have absolutely no problem whatsoever with Obama if he would just come out and say who and what he is. I would actually have respect for him. But he can't. He won't. He just uses doublespeak and the power of his office to shove his godless agenda on the rest of us. He won't just say: "I hate that this nation was built on the back of slaves and that it prospered unfairly". He knows that won't fly, so he won't say it. But that is how he thinks, and his policies make that clear. That really is how the progressive left thinks about this nation. We are unfair, unjust, have poisoned the world, are too powerful, and should be taken down a notch or 25.

BTW, I actually like and enjoy Dennis Kucinich very much. I know he's no longer in Congress, and he's about as far left as Bernie Sanders, but he's up front about who he is. I've always hoped for the day when Obama would just come out with it. Lord knows his actions speak loud and proud.

Honesty train ? Donald Trump comes across as a huge pig with nice blonde hair. That's first impressions, then I try to wrap my mind around how things get from there to POTUS and he does of course represent something. Just a poor Norwegian's version, that's all.

Mr. Trump is sounding more and more like a right-leaning European populist: opposed to immigration but supportive of the welfare state.

Donald Trump is calling for Medicare to be able to negotiate with pharmaceutical companies to lower drug prices, a policy long backed by Democrats and opposed by Republicans.

The Republican presidential candidate told a crowd in Farmington, N.H., Monday night that the policy would save billions of dollars before taking a shot at pharmaceutical companies, which strongly oppose the proposal.

"We don't do it. Why? Because of the drug companies,” Trump said, according to The Associated Press.

Democratic candidates Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders, as well as President Obama, have called for the same policy of letting Medicare negotiate prices, which it is currently banned from doing under the 2003 Medicare prescription drug law. The Democratic candidates have both bashed the drug companies on the stump.

Trump has already broken from Republican orthodoxy on one other major healthcare policy this campaign, defending his past support for single-payer healthcare, long a dream of liberals.

“As far as single payer, it works in Canada,” Trump said at a Republican debate in August. “It works incredibly well in Scotland. It could have worked in a different age.” --- http://thehill.com/policy/healthcare...te-drug-prices

Donald Trump's Latest Tweet Escalates Feud with Megyn Kelly

Trump is skipping the next debate-screen-shot-2016-01-29-7-42-40-pm-jpg

The GOP front-runner posted seductive photos of her from a 2010 GQ Magazine shoot on his official Twitter page and referred to her as "the bimbo that's asking presidential questions."

Trump's Fox feud dates back to the first primary debate, when Kelly took him to task over derogatory statements he'd made about women.

Trump announced this week that he would boycott Thursday's Fox debate following a mocking Fox News statement that suggested Trump would replace the Cabinet with his Twitter followers and that the leaders of Iran and Russia "both intend to treat Donald Trump unfairly" if he becomes president.

He accused Kelly of being "a lightweight" and says he will instead host a fundraiser for wounded veterans instead of attending the debate.

    Symptoms of Narcissistic Personality Disorder

In order for a person to be diagnosed with narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) they must meet five or more of the following symptoms:

Has a grandiose sense of self-importance (e.g., exaggerates achievements and talents, expects to be recognized as superior without commensurate achievements)

Is preoccupied with fantasies of unlimited success, power, brilliance, beauty, or ideal love

Believes that he or she is "special" and unique and can only be understood by, or should associate with, other special or high-status people (or institutions)

    Requires excessive admiration

Has a very strong sense of entitlement, e.g., unreasonable expectations of especially favorable treatment or automatic compliance with his or her expectations

Is exploitative of others, e.g., takes advantage of others to achieve his or her own ends

Lacks empathy, e.g., is unwilling to recognize or identify with the feelings and needs of others

Is often envious of others or believes that others are envious of him or her

Regularly shows arrogant, haughty behaviors or attitudes

He's just mad that he can't have her. Say what you want about Megyn Kelly, she is a gorgeous woman.
