Anti-christian bias means that Christianity is regarded as lower or more irrelevant than other religions including atheism. That's not a separation of State and religion, which would require actual neutrality.

They also didn't want a country that mocked Christianity, used the Lords name in vain in Hollywood and culture and allowed atheists etc. to dictate policy.
