Bookie
One of the reasons People pushed Carson to run in the first place was due to how he boldly but calmly chastised the president during a prayer breakfast speech. I don't consider that as passive at all. Carson may not rant and rave but he is very bold and solid. I'll take Carson over every other candidate out there. Cruz is my second choice. We need PRAYING men in the whitehouse. Men who will actually seek God's face before making a decision crucial to this nation. We don't need self reliant men.

Just disappointed in Christians lately, including many of our Christian leaders. Many of them are backing Trump and casting Carson to the side. Very disappointing. But will keep the faith and trust God that Carson will rise
Btw, a friend on FB who attends ORU.told me Trump just spoke there and caused much controversy. He seemed to be pandering to the Christian crowd but many of the students are skeptical of his "Christianity".

4 So all the elders of Israel gathered together and came to Samuel at Ramah.
5 They said to him, "You are old, and your sons do not follow your ways; now appoint a king to lead us, such as all the other nations have."
6 But when they said, "Give us a king to lead us," this displeased Samuel; so he prayed to the Lord.
7 And the Lord told him: "Listen to all that the people are saying to you; it is not you they have rejected, but they have rejected me as their king.
8 As they have done from the day I brought them up out of Egypt until this day, forsaking me and serving other gods, so they are doing to you.
9 Now listen to them; but warn them solemnly and let them know what the king who will reign over them will claim as his rights."
In today's combative, appearance-driven culture, politeness is considered a sign of weakness. Obnoxious people like Trump and Christie get all the attention, while polite, quiet men like Dr. Carson are ignored.

Cruz and Rubio are the best candidates. Carson has no chance at all. Better hope that Trump don't get in. His mouth is like Mammoth Cave. The Demos have nothing at all to offer.
It looks like we are going to have to trust the Lord! He is our only hope anyway.

Given that he has consistently polled better or at least at par with them cant begin to understand why you feel he has no chance . But then again you got suckered in during the book broohaha and it's been all she wrote ever since in that regard

If y'all thought there was an uproar about President Obama's birth place, then you can only imagine what will happen if Cruz gets the Republican nomination. He was born in Canada.
