It was 140 three weeks after the event, according to the local police. I suppose someone kept adding whatever they could find and ended up with 174 later.

I don't think that it can be seen as an insurrection, but it was a huge and bloody riot. Which is what it is commonly referred to as.

Look, as it were, through a telescope that will bring it up near to you; look into hell, and hear them groan; then turn the glass upwards and look at heaven, and see the saints there, in their white robes, with their harps in their hands, and hear them sing the song of redeeming love; and ask yourself--Is it possible, that I should prevail with God to elevate the sinner there? Do this, and if you are not a wicked man, and a stranger to God, you will soon have as much of the spirit of prayer as your body can sustain. -Charles Finney 'The Spirit of Prayer' from 'Lectures On Revivals of Religion'
Wow! That's new news to me. Looks like that news was released today. Maybe, there will be a chance that Trump may get reelected after all. But don't hold your breath. The Dems are not giving up power easily. The use of voting machines is "primed" to steal another presidential election. Who knows what other surprises they have to "throw out there" to deceptively win again and stay in power.
If you put God First, you have Him at Last.
Is Fox News fake news too?
Capitol police union slams '''dysfunction''' at riot hearing as cops suffer crushed spinal discs, brain injuries | Fox News
"Around 140 officers were injured during the insurrection including officers with crushed spinal discs, broken kneecaps, and traumatic brain injuries," U.S. Capitol Police Labor Committee Chairman Gus Papathanasiou said in a statement provided to Fox News on Wednesday. "Some of these officers may never return to duty. Many more are experiencing signs of PTSD."
All of those present weren't "violent terrorists". Most probably went in due to mass euphoric stupidity, thinking that "do as the others do, it will be okay".
