Twin Cessna Crash Kills 12, Keith Green Accident Investigated

I've followed this guy on Youtube quite a while and never even knew he was a Christian. He owns a Cessna 210 and is a videographer that does films, commercials, etc, has a Youtube talk show about flying and records his flights. So I was surprised when this video popped up the other day. If you've ever been interested in how Keith Green died he explains it in detail. Also, if you've never read 'No Compromise', Keith Green's biography written by his wife Melody, I highly recommend it.

Scratch that comment about watching a movie about him. The one I watched was Ragamuffin, about Rich Mullins. It was kind of dark.

I got the 2 of them mixed up.

Interesting and tragic subject. Makes me wonder what would have become of Keith's ministry. The one comment about Keith's intensity made me grin when he said "you had to take him in small doses". That's exactly what I recall of first hearing him back then.

There's a story in the biography I believe about him performing at ORU during a chapel or something and the students coming up confessing all kinds of sin at a microphone and ORU stopped it. I think they were even getting confessions of homosexuality, etc. Early in his being a Christian he read Finney's Revival lectures and it changed his life. He started preaching like that.

And he was a 'doer'. Bringing people into their house to live and disciple, etc. Always had people around. Quit charging for his records because he didn't believe the gospel should be merchandised, etc. He was hard core.

I wonder if they stopped the public confessions because the leaders were: 1 harboring a secret sin life, 2 embarrassed because they thought the confessings ones were godly. Hmmmm

A move of God does that.

I think it might have been more they were 'embarrassed' by the fact there was so much sin in their body. After all they're all supposed to be 'holy' Bible school students. But won knows.

Tragic accident - could of been avoided if the pilot and Keith were more diligent

The family of 8 ( 6 children) that died with Keith must of devastated their families no wonder they sued
