I'm thinking that Rev. Zacharias would have benefited from a church structure that facilitates anonymous confession and counseling. If you're a "super star pastor", it's got to be difficult to go to an "ordinary pastor" and seek help.

Confession should not be made easy for those in high places. Available, yes. Easy and convenient, no.

It's amazing, well I guess it is, how many people knew in that ministry knew about it but kept their mouth shut.
