We're actually having a lovely fall and no early frost. It held off till mid sept but now we've had 2 that leaves frost on the windshield Rog has to melt off before leaving at 7am. We've had some wicked crazy winds but that's normal for sept too. It's quite beautiful out there.

Rain this morning. Clearing later. It's 48 at the moment. The past week has been "wipers on-wipers off". The next 10 days, sunny and dry. That's some good weather, right there.

Good fishing weather, not so good hunting weather.

The rain has ended and will be having a cloudy, dry, 70ish kind of day. The colors are beautiful!

Our rain in SE Michigan has been ... torrential! I can't believe the 2-3-4" an hour downpours we've been getting since August. Just crazy. It's good for raising lake levels and replenishing ground water, but wow!

Better you than us. Our lake levels are now manageable. Two years ago our docks were underwater.
