Right now, it's 73F/23C but windy, 21mph/34kph with gusts to 24mph/39kph... Tomorrow it's supposed to go up to 81F/27C with even stronger winds, gusting up to 37mph/57kph. Thundershowers forecast for evening.

Tomorrow is Pentecost Sunday!!! Rain down on us Lord!!!

You've never lived where it's cold, right?

I think where I live, the only month, historically that it hasn't snowed, is July.

We still had frost warnings going into the weekend of May 15-16-17 and we get frost warnings, often, by the last week of August. Not every year for either of those, but not really unusual, either. Just a fact of life for many of us.

I had never heard of it. I thought the cold regions had at least 3 months of no cold. I was in Denver once in May and it snowed. They said it was a freak storm. It pretty much melted the next day.

Yup ... a full on snow storm would be freaky, but frost in May happens. It's not usual, but we traditionally don't plant our gardens here and especially don't put out bedding plants till the third weekend of May due to the risk of frost.

    Yep!

After a few days with highs in the 60s and lows in the 40s it's going to be a hot, possible 90° day with thunderstorms moving in overnight.
