I was not "sick enough" to be prescribed anything. Just a deep cough. I took cough drops to help my day to day issue, for about 4 days. Then switched to Dayquill for 2 days. But Oddly enough, the night time did not bother me, I really slept pretty good.

Just got the word we are both positive. We've had it a week and now recovering. Seriously, the flu we both had last March was worse than this. We are in the high risk group, she with asthma and I with type 1 diabetes. We pretty much isolated at onset so it isn't complicated.
Thank you kindly for praying.

My wife has been on zoom with her doctor that told her to treat it as she would a cold or flu and would be sent a "z-pack" of antibiotics to take.
In the early half I was taking my inhaler (I get exercise induced asthma after a severe mountain bike ride). That helped me more than anything.
Bottom line, this is an overly hyped light-duty flu that is easily transmitted. Don't fall for the fear and anxiety your governor wants you under.

The flu that hit here in 2017/18 was worse.

I also tested positive yesterday. But by the time I got the test I was pretty much symptom free. It was about 8 days of fever and aches, and lots of sleeping. Now I'm fine, just weak and needing a nap most days.

Glad you are well! This virus is really good for naps in the recliner.

You have to wonder how much of the population has had it already and have the antibodies. Then you have to wonder if there is a point where if 50% of the population is now immune do they start easing or lifting restrictions. Or do they wait for 80% or more of the population to have had it. Or will the restrictions never end until they develop or force vaccines on the population.
