Photocopied? They're printed in books/pads of I don't know how many and carefully folded, noted, given to the voter, put in the box by the voter, and at the end of the day, counted. I've worked an election. Pencil with an X is required and anything marked otherwise is considered spoiled..... I suppose it could be erased and changed, but everyone in the building where they're being counted would have to be in on it, which I might be possible in some of the bigger centres.... The numbers are counted and reported and then the ballots themselves are sent in. We have to present our voter cards or 2 pc of ID in order to vote...
It feels like you're making fun of our process.... It certainly can't be worse than what's been going on in the US for years.
