The first guilty plea as a result of U.S. Attorney John Durham's criminal investigation into the origins of the Obama administration's phony Russia investigation has arrived.
Former FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith, who worked on Robert Mueller's Special Counsel investigation, is expected to plead guilty to felony charges of making false statements Friday. He is guilty of changing information in a CIA email, a fabrication of evidence, in order to obtain a FISA warrant to spy on former Trump campaign official Carter Page.
