    That contributes to their being termed Deists rather than Christians due to freemasonry being defined as Deism to the degree that it is to be taken seriously as a religion ? In some countries including Norway, freemasons require that adherants be Christians so it seems that they tend to think of there being a connection. But then people mix Catholicism with voodoo and similar as well.
