Anyone put salt on their green apples?
I rarely use salt though I like it on my green apples.
Anyone else do so? Or something else not frequently done?
My brother used to put sugar on lettuce!

I don't always, but I have and I agree, it's yummy.

When we were little kids we'd wait until dark and raid apple trees in yards during the summer. Apples were unripe green so each of us carried a salt shaker.

Salt on Apples? - Hmmm, never heard of that one before.
(However, down here in the South, some people shake a little salt on Watermelon)
