."For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened...".This refers to anybody who has ever felt the conviction of the spirit of God.Through the preaching of the word, the sinner sees that he is lost. He's enlightened about the truth of God's word and sees his need for a saviour.
."...and have tasted of the heavenly gift...".A man under conviction has not yet tasted of the heavenly gift, because Jesus is the heavenly gift."Tasting of the heavenly gift" refers to salvation-recieving Jesus christ as his saviour.
."...and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost".This means more than being born again and becoming aquainted with the holy spirit through his indwelling presence(John 14:16,17).It refers to being filled with the holy spirit-having recieved the Baptism in the holy spirit.
."And have tasted the good word of God..".This can't apply to baby christians. They haven't tasted the good word of God.Baby christians are still on the "sincere milk of the word"(1Pet 2:2).Only those who have had some degree of spiritual growth and who fully understand the seriousness of denying christ and are experienced in the solid meat of the word could be guilty of commiting this sin.Baby christians cannot be guilty of committing the unpardonable sin because they wouldn't be mature enough to know what they are doing.
."....tasted...the powers of the world to come".The powers of the world to come are spiritual gifts. Those who have tasted of the powers of the world to come are mature christians who have the gifts of the spirit operating in their lives or ministries. The baptism of the holy spirit with the ensuing gifts is the earnest inheritance in the world to come.
The teachers of the law didn't qualify according to any of those 5 points :

Mark 3:22 And the teachers of the law who came down from Jerusalem said, "He is possessed by Beelzebub ! By the prince of demons he is driving out demons."

I tell you the truth, all the sins and blasphemies of men will be forgiven them.
But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven; he is guilty of an eternal sin."
He said this because they were saying, "He has an evil spirit."
