What do Pastors need to know to be "ordained"?

In OZ we have the Australian Christian Churches which is a rebrand of the Assemblies of God in Australia. They say of themselves
AUSTRALIAN CHRISTIAN CHURCHES is a movement of Pentecostal Churches in voluntary cooperation. Each individual church is self-governing, but commits itself to work together with other churches in the movement for the purpose of mutual support and the spread of the gospel in Australia and the world. The Assemblies of God in Australia was formed in 1937 and has experienced consistent growth. It adopted a new name of Australian Christian Churches in 2007 and currently consists of over 1,000 churches with over 375,000 constituents, making it the largest Pentecostal movement in Australia. In our churches you'll find vibrant, contemporary Christians who love the Lord Jesus Christ and express that love in lively praise and worship and in caring relationships. Australian Christian Churches are Bible-loving, evangelical and Pentecostal, and are about connecting people to Jesus Christ. (REF)
As it says it claims to have over 3,200 Pastors, over 1,000 Churches and over 375,000 Constituents.

Within the ACC we have Ordained Minister's Credentials which are recognised Oz wide, Provisional Minister's Credentials which are recognised in a local body, Specialised Minister's Credentials and Overseas Associate Minister's Credentials.

    So here's my question.

I was looking at something else last year and found this Bible School Intensive for people wanting to commence (emphasis intentional) their "OMC (ordained) ACC Credentials". Here's the ad.

When I looked at that reading list I thought "Is that really what I think should be top on the things my Pastor needs to know?"

    What do you think?

    ...FFO

P.S. Of the above I've only read #1 and #6.

I've never been a fan of institutionalization.

I share your concerns in areas of the modern church. Without reading any of those books I would assume #1 and 6 would be the most relevant

Teaching has slanted extensively and erroneously into secular pragmatism to build churches.
Learn all the right leadership and business models etc etc. and you can be successful and your church will explode...yada yada yada

There is truth to leadership and business principles but when it becomes the norm and is foundational I get concerned.

The teaching of the scriptures is the foundation and paramount to discipleship and is above secular principles.
