yup, ardent fan of Jesus.
Please explain to your friend that KC is not Jesus.
Also, it's going to be difficult to find any place Jesus looks like a bit of a crazy man.
When Jesus confronted any illness, death, or dealt with the weather, etc, He simply spoke. His authority didn't need wild theatric gestures, He is sovereign and His authority complete. All He did was speak.. actually I think the speaking was for the benefit of those observing so they'd know the ceasing, healing, etc was from Him. After all, He SPOKE the universe into being.
(athough, the clearing out of the Temple might come close because of His anger at the shenanigans going on.)

In a sermon last month, the pastor "executed judgment" on
Covid-19, which he declared "finished" and "over" and made the US "healed and well again." He also demanded "a vaccination to come immediately."
That was from Coronavirus: Televangelist Kenneth Copeland ‘blows wind of God’ at Covid-19 to ‘destroy’ pandemic | The Independent dated 5 April (and I haven't researched their left/right bias).
However that statement doesn't make sense as there is no need for a vaccine for something that is "finished" and "over". Also, if it is "finished" and "over" how come the USA had an extra 32,000 cases yesterday, 18 days at least after the statement last month, bring the total to 86,500?
Me thinks there is a credibility issue here somewhere!
So this seems timely:

We must come to understand AUTHORITY. God created the Earth and gave all authority on it to Adam. Adam then gave it over to satan through the commission of sin. Jesus took it back and then gave it to His disciples.
What the enemy fears most is a saint who actually understands the authority that has been given to them by Jesus.
But what authority do we have wrt illnesses?
One site says there are 34 miracles of Jesus recorded (Miracles of Jesus Christ - Complete List with Bible Scriptures) yet only about 8 of those are healings from illness.
And these are individuals except the 10 lepers who were together. And they are personal. Personal healings. Peter's mother-in-law had a fever (Mark 1:30-31). Did Jesus destroy all fever? No, He simply cured Peter's mother-in-law. (btw, as we know, God uses fever as a punishment, see Lev 26:16, Deut 28:22).
Yes Jesus healed many more, see Matt 4:24, 8:16, 12:15, 14:14, 15:30, 19:2, 21:14 for a few examples, but they were individuals and they stayed healed?
His words are "you are destroyed forever and you will never be back" but is CV19 destroyed? NO!!!! And if it's destroyed how can it come back? That statement doesn't make sense.
Time for people to start thinking.

Is there a scripture that commands us to have a particular facial expression when we minister? Asking for my friend.

His authority and sovereignty is not the issue here. I'm not questioning that, so you bringing it up is deprived of significance in this discussion.
He DID NOT simply speak every single time. He also laid hands on folk, spit on them, told the man to go wash his eyes in the pool at Siloam. The woman with the issue of blood, touched His robe and her FAITH made her whole! (Mark 5:30-34)
All He did was speak.. actually I think the speaking was for the benefit of those observing so they'd know the ceasing, healing, etc was from Him. After all, He SPOKE the universe into being.
Guess you need to brush up on your Bible reading, huh? So instead of "thinking" of what the benefit was for Jesus healing folks, I encourage you to get revelation from the Holy Spirit, instead of opinion or emotion.

(first thought) Except when he spit in the dirt and put the mud on the blind man's eyes.
(second thought) Jesus blew on the disciples and told them to receive the Holy Spirit, although they actually didn't receive Him till Pentecost and yes, that's not really healing per se. But Jesus did some stuff.

The passage where Jesus blew on them to receive the Holy Spirit, was for Salvation, not the baptism. This was after His resurrection & ascension. You're right, that happened at Pentecost.
"Then, the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled, for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in the midst, and said to them, "Peace be with you."
When He had said this, He showed them His hands and His side. Then the disciples were glad when they saw the Lord. So Jesus said to them again, "Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you."
And when He had said this, He breathed on them, and said to them, "Receive the Holy Spirit. If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven them; if you retain the sins of any, they are retained."" John *20:19-23 *

I always wondered about the meaning of that verse.
The Holy Spirit is connected with the act of forgiving sins and regeneration (new birth).
So, that leads me to believe it was not the work of the disciples to forgive or retain sins, but the work of the Holy Spirit through the disciples as they fulfilled the great commission.
The reason I bring it up is because a brother at one time told me he had the authority to forgive sins or retain them according to John 20:23.
I mentioned to him that this verse does not give authority to Christians to forgive sins. It simply means that a believer can assure a sinner he is forgiven if he has repented and received Jesus as His Savior and Lord. In the same manner, the believer, can also tell those who do not respond to the message of God's forgiveness through faith in Jesus, that their sins as a result, are not forgiven.
If you put God First, you have Him at Last.
