Holy water as a means to a miracle in the NT is to be regarded as a peripheral possibility under specific unction of the Holy Spirit.
Example of water being used is Jesus telling the blind man to wash in the pool of Siloam.
There must be a specific word for a specific situation.
In rare occasions God did use Holy water in churches that sanctify its use and a healing or supernatural event occurred. This happened in denominational churches that received the Baptism of the Spirit in the Charismatic Move.
Holy water in general usage is not Apostolic NT doctrine and should not be taught as doctrinal truth.
We know the 'laying on of hands' is a NT doctrine taught by Jesus and practised by the early apostolic church.
The 'anointing with oil' is another scriptural truth that can be taught as NT doctrine
Holy water does not carry the same authority as the above and should not be considered in normal Christian practise
After the apostles and their converts died ritual began to enter the church and one of those was the use of holy water.

If I were ever used by the Lord to cast out a demon I would not use holy water as depicted in this clip.
I think holy water would be useless in a deliverance session. Of coarse Hollywood portrays using it as a means to torment the demon.

Actually I sense a duplicity in your posts. You are not really who you say you are here. It seems like a phony scam from some college stoopent. That's my discernment after reading these posts. I cannot believe anyone is that egotistical and arrogant and claim they are Christian.

At this point I suggest that you prove that you are who you claim to be.

Is this where I'm supposed to get into a contest with you about "who's got the most impressive miracles" ? I think not. As a general rule it's a bad idea to try to bully people into being impressed with you, whether it's your testimony, miracles, acedemic success or life in general. It's like if you can't set yourself up for glory here then you have to try to pull others down instead. You seem strangely combative.

Dear sir, (Berserk) 'Humility implies a total absence of arrogance, conceit, and haughtiness. Christians have a spiritual duty to develop humility in their lives. Often throughout the years in my walk with Christ, I have missed the mark. But I can honestly say I've progressed a little further in this fruit than where I was a year ago. Humility is a product of the Spirit's work in the individual believer's life. Such humility will help produce genuine fellowship amongst the brothers and sisters who are apart of Living Faith forum. It will prevent Christians from competing with each other to see who is right and who is wrong. Those who look for status and praise may gain what they seek, but their reward will be short lived. God exalts those who humble themselves, but humbles those who exalt themselves.
If you put God First, you have Him at Last.

To tell you the truth I can't think of anything worse than that when thinking of activities that a worldwide Christian organization would be doing.

By identifying yourself as superior, you have disqualified yourself from any effective ministry here or otherwise. Most here have already walked the hard walk through spiritual brokenness and pride and have arrived at the place of humility that allows them to effectively minister the gospel of Jesus Christ with signs and wonders following. So you go ahead and earn brownie points with your "peers" who are also superior and we will continue to minister to a lost and broken world. Deal?

Well, I think I solved the problem which was the original reason for starting this thread.
I changed the last line in the chorus of the song from "Like Holy Water on my skin" to "Like Living Water to my Soul". It fits perfectly and is scriptural.
