Norwegians are good at producing and voting for politicians that represent their political party well but in other countries people like the flamboyant kind better. Vladimir Putin is a good example of that, he's controversial and unlikable in many ways but he's also a strong leader who gets things done and people who like him really like him. At some point the whole thing goes from trust over into facism and Putin may be found somewhere towards the borderline. I don't think Trump qualifies as more than a mild version but I'm wondering what the future might bring including the likes of AOC as president.
