Didn't like the texture of the flounder. I will look for another way to use the rest of the fillets up so they don't go to waste. Maybe cook them up and make like a tuna salad with them

So I took a couple of the flounder fillets this past weekend and breaded them and pan fried them in a little butter instead of deep frying them. It was much better that way. I don't plan on buying it again though. When this bag is used up I will go back to Talapia or try something else.

That's how I prepare lake michigan smallmouth. No exotic batters, just drop a filet into a butter and lemon graced frypan. Yum!
