Cream biscuits.
Did someone say biscuits? I could've sworn I heard someone say they wanted biscuits.... Well, here ya go. Cream Biscuits! Only 2 ingredients (3 if you count the slathered butter on top...hee hee)
Just 1 and 3/4th cups of Lily white flour
1 cup heavy whipping cream
just a small amount of melted butter to brush on top of them before u bake them
Just stir together and roll out and cut out
Its the last biscuit I will ever make, they are so good, I make them and feeze them so when I get ready for them , there already made...

I've never heard of those before Boops, I like easy recipes!
Is this it or something similar? Do you bake yours at 500 degrees too? That seems pretty high:

No, I bake mine on like 375 and when the tops are firm and the bottoms brown then I put them on broil

I use Bisquick or some other baking mix. That should still work. Sounds delicious!

MMMMMMMMMMMM wonder how these would taste using Pamela's gluten free baking mix?

I tried these with Pamela's over the weekend...a couple of tweaks I did changed the texture but they were good..
1. I made them small drop biscuits and this made them softer, less dense than I think they should have been.
2. I mistakenly used regular whipping crème instead of heavy.
3. I started out at 400 and the first batch browned on the bottom too fast but then I lowered the temp to 375 and they cooked more evenly...
Before I mixed I found a recipe online for these using Pamela's and the recipe said the ratio of ingredients does not change so I used the same amount of flour and crème as the recipe called for.
