Thread: Are you ready for Christmas music yet?

Are you ready for Christmas music yet?

We have a couple of stations that started playing it the day after halloween and while there are some naysayers around I kind of enjoy it, it extends the season.

Detroit's 98.7 The Breeze and 100.3 WNIC now playing Christmas music

Nope, not ready. I like very few secular Christmas songs.

While I absolutely LOVE Christmas Music, I don't wanna hear it until the day after Thanksgiving, and shut it off by midnight on Christmas Day - Please!!!

I listen to some Christmas music all year.

Not often, but yeah, I do.

Unfortunately most stations do but its a shame because all the decorations are still up thru New Years...so you're still all Christmasy but no more music.

We have already seen Christmas lights up and running. They have had them going for several days now.

I actually take my Christmas décor down on December 26th, so yeah, after the 25th, it ALL goes away.

years ago.. I mean Y.E.A.R.s ago.. we had our tree up until the end of Feburary.
It still killed me to take it down.

Now we don't put one up. We have a few small creches and trees that are up all year round. But we don't do anything specific for Christmas.
