Rare and desireable to the BMX guys. Those pedals were going from 150-250.00 of the Bay. So I have a BMX friend and I asked him if he any road bike stuff. He restores 80's BMX bikes and sells them. A set of pedals like I sold him will bring exponential increase to a restore-to-original classic. He had the above bike, complete (except a few perishable parts).

Ok here is the 1971 Raleigh Super Course completed and ready to ride. This one will be put up for sale in about 6-8wks. The Super Course was known as a gentleman's racer back in the day. Vintage, sharp, classy.

Too cold to work outside so I work inside on the slotcar track layout. I put the trainset away and devoted the whole board to the HO track. Recently picked a set (minus cars) off marketplace for 5.00 that gives me plenty of track pieces. The track itself is mid-1960's and still in use by us older kids. Here is what I'm working on. Still need extra lighting, bumper guard around layout board and connect the track. This is a custom design of my imagination.

I had the Aurora Model Motoring basic set my parents got me for Christmas. My dad even liked it but soon the fad passed. Last year I found a set from 1961 that came in the original boxing, lots of cars and parts. So I'm just having a blast with the grandsons racing and being pit crew.
