I am glad for you that you can do this low spoken and quickly. I have had a few that took longer. One was about an hour and a half before the last one came out.
From what I understand of brother Norvel Hayes, he also encountered some of the more rooted in type who took a while. And he was all about deliverance.

Okay, so he's not saying that the Holy Spirit went through him because they prayed for him.

I'm not trying to create an absolute rule. Just be careful, sometimes very careful.

I am very careful. I pray and I even fast once in a while. God has my back. Devils have no choice but to obey. Sometimes they can be stubborn, especially when they have been with the person for a very long time.

My bottom line rule is that I have more authority with a devil than I do with a dog. Even with a dog it's a good idea to be calm when exercising authority, the dog reacts negatively to your arguing with it and perceives you as having less authority. Then both devils and also the people they are attached to often like to get you into an argument with them since you're bothering them, that is more than dogs do. Don't argue back just because it feels "natural" to do so. Just get the job done.
