Branhamites are very strict on women. They have a lot of additional rules (very interesting & strange)for them because according to WBs teaching, they were the cause of the fall of mankind and if women are not contained, they will lead societies to destruction. The woman is to be under the dominion of the man.

Sometimes it may be cultural though. No? I’m not sure all patriarchal cultures are sexually related. I recall when about 1 million Laos people immigrated to Ca. several of them joined a church I was attending at the time. We noticed the women sat one row behind the men. I was invited to dinner at a Loas home and the women were required to eat in another room separate from the men. The women served the men first, then they sat with the children in the kitchen while the men ate in the living room.

Certainly not all. Yet, if it’s a cult or cultic it is not the exception to see mistreatment widely accepted and practiced. A glaring example is bro Stair, religious pervert that had daily shortwave broadcasts from his compound.

Aren't a lot of them pedophiles with both sexes? I mean it seems the teaching is strict, but they are full of sexual perversion.

Some marry very young girls in countries like Iran and Yemen where that is permitted but it's not very common.
