I think I've posted pics here before, but I like to take the low-carb tortillas (6 grams net carbs) and make pizzas out of them. Put a thin layer of sauce on it (a tablespoon of pizza sauce), and then mozzarella and whatever else you want on it. Pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, whatever. Cook in the oven until the cheese melts. I use about 425°.

Yep, if it's cauliflower crust. Most of the cauliflower crust I've seen is cauliflower, eggs, and mozzarella. Nothing wrong with that (I didn't watch yet so don't know what is in that one).
