Seems like they would taste a little gamey, or kind of 'strong'.

I can't be fully compliant keto full time, too many side effects. It's great to be lean but running on 5-6 hours of sleep won't work for long, something about diminishing returns.

So I am more along the lines of relaxed keto, something I can live with and enjoy. The thing I've noticed in posting meals is the lack of the typical mountain of starch. My carb load is probably closer to 50-60 vs. the 23 that the keto nazis adhere to.

j/k about the keto nazi thing fuego, whatever works.

Lamb does have a unique flavour but not gamey....around the world people love it but if you have never tasted it may seem unusual

Buy 2 chops for you and your wife to test

I agree - If he likes veal, I think he will like lamb as well.

I almost forgot one more major food group ... sausage!

Sausage, olives, artichoke hearts, pimentos, zucchini.

I tried the spaghetti squash one time. I just couldn't hack it.

    Me neither.

I like tortilla roll ups made with cream cheese and some type of meat like turkey or beef. But there's lots of variations:
