Tomorrow, I'm making pancakes for breakfast!
2 large eggs
2 tbsp of cream cheese
sugar free sweetener to taste (I don't use any since I use sugar free syrup)
pinch of cinnamon
Mix all ingredients in a blender (I use a handheld inversion blender)
let sit for a couple minutes while you heat the skillet!
2 minutes (make sure top is dry) and flip for another 30 seconds. Drizzle with sugar free syrup and enjoy!
These come out thin like crepes, but are really good! They don't taste "eggy" at all.
