    I came across this and wonder if any have ever done this and does it work.

    Wonder if that works on leg cramps (Magnesium food supplement does)

    Thanks for bumping this Peace! Its getting close to preparing our gardens for spring so good timing...and yeah, it helps leg cramps too, maybe I'll start a thread on that in the health forum.
