I finally got back on keto and OMAD (one meal a day) on June 1st. Starting July 1st I started throwing some water fasting in, at least two days a week. Took off 40lbs in those two months since June 1st.
    WOW! Forty pounds! That’s awesome!

How many carbs did you have in the OMAD?
When your praise match your prayers, the answer will come.

I like to use parmesan cheese as a crust and pan fry in butter/olive oil for the crisp, then bake until finished.

I just lost four pounds by eating less for about 10 days. I tend to stay around 190 pounds at 6'2". It's not in the weight loss regimen, it's in how far I let the weight increase before I do something about it.

That works too. I’ve seen a recipe that replaces the pork rinds with Parmesan cheese. You could even mix them.

When I’m doing keto I try to keep them below 30 grams. A lot of meals though I eat only meat so those are zero carb days.

    Do you take a multivitamin?

Yep. Multi vitamin. On the days I fast I don't take anything. Extra vitamin D (D3 I think. 1000mg). Couple thousand milligrams of vitamin C extra (so about 3k a day). 5000mg B12. And some L-lysine and L-argenine (amino acids). Look up argenine. Supposed to have good benefits. Can't remember why I started taking the lysine. I think they both had something to do with the heart.

Did take a lot of fish oil a day but stopped. 4 1400mg gels a day. I was actually looking for some the other day to get started back on. But I've got certain qualifications for the amount of EPA and DHA and couldn't find it. The ones I used to get from Walmart I can't seem to find any more. I did just look them up and this seems to be a good substitute for what I was using. They have a combined 980mg of omega 3 (EPA/DHA).
