So, just to be clear, you're saying that any person who is not offended by a person who
kneels during the playing of the national anthem supports the elimination of all
government (anarchy)?

It wouldn't bother me at all; in fact, I'd applaud him.

I am saying that encouraging the dishonoring of your country ultimately dishonors God.
The spirit of "anything goes" and "nothing is sacred" is a spirit of rebellion and nothing more .
Listening to Kapernick talk .. He clearly not a fan of the founders ideals as you said in your opening post. In truth He is a supporter of the likes of Fidel Castro and Che Guevera (Never mind the fact The latter in particular was an avowed racist..)

A person most dishonors our country (and God) by encouraging (or, through silence, implicitly endorsing)
the actions that don't adhere to its founding principles.
You can wave the flag and sing the anthem, but if you're not upholding "all people created equal",
you're dishonoring our nation.

So who are these people that are silent ?
So because we dont believe in burning our own house(nation) down in mindless protest and disorderly conduct we are not upholding all people created equal ?
Has anybody said offending police officers shouldn't be punished ?
Hasnt the federal Govt created all kinds of oversight boards and inquiries to look into police brutality ?
Seriously What exactly is the purpose of these protests beyond creating mindless political dissension ..?
Sad thing about is they simply distract from the major issues that the black community actually faces That actually do harm to the black community. Much of which is self inflicted
1000 people were killed by Police in the US last year. Of those 19 were unarmed and of the 1000 killed 22% were black men. (44% were white men 18% hispanic )
Lets assume for the sake of this discussion that all those 220 black men that were killed were killed unjustly . And given that there are roughly 40 million blacks in the country (lets say 20 million black men)
So basically a black man has a 0.0011 (220/20,000,000) percent chance of being killed unjustly by police .. this is basically the stat behind all this brouhaha ?
On a Gaussian distribution that would be like a tiny speck .
I guess you liberals are just always in search of something to be angry about in pursuit of nihilism . No ? ...
