You know that meal is just under 1200 calories. And very filling.
I'm thinking of doing a week of OMAD (one meal a day) and that being my only meal every day. When I started this over a month ago my first 18 days were OMAD. Now I'm doing 2 meals.

I try to do OMAD a couple times a week myself.
Have you lost any weight by just eating protein?

Lost 25 lbs my first 30 days. It is protein and fat mostly. I limit myself to 30 grams carbs most days. Sometimes it's way under that like 15-20. And I am counting calories. 1500 or so a day. And I use butter too.

I did a similar diet of this sort when cutting weight for powerlifting. I had to cut 35lbs and maintain for a year. It paid off but it was rough.

Ro, if you're a meat lover then eat all you want (just limit the carbs as above) and the pounds will melt off!
