There's a show called Who do You Think You Are on TLC, and in partnership with Ancestry.com that is really interesting...I watched it for the first time last week. Although it focuses on the genealogy of famous people, some of them were shocked to learn about their ancestry too. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Who_Do....S._TV_series)

In August 2017, TLC renewed the series for a tenth season that is set to premiere on May 21, 2018...
So the new season just started last week. I'll have to check it out. I do get a kick out of the Youtube videos where people are looking at their results the first time while on camera. :)
There's a funny one where on George Lopez's show where Snoop and Charles Barkley are finding out who it the most black. Snoop was actually a quarter Native American. Not sure where they get the title of the video though.

I was doing my family tree on Ancestry.com the other day and found a couple English barons in the 1600s. Was surprised to find that there was an "Indian massacre" of one branch of the family in the 1700s.

wow! Now I KNOW I don't want to do the DNA test. We already had 1 woman calling our house 20 years ago looking to see if my Dad was her Dad. He denied it. who knows.
