Well, if one goes by first established principles of 'seed time and harvest' and everything 'reproduces after it's own kind', then you would expect a baby being created in a human, animal, etc to all be the same? Are there dogs in heaven asking to be born, cat's etc? No, the seed is planted through intercourse then it is created when the sperm fertilizes the egg. So, in a human, you have the intimacy, the sperm fertilized the egg, then that person is 'created' at that moment, along with I assume the spirit of the baby also. So to me this would seem to discount what Jesse saw.

Although I suppose maybe the baby's spirits could be waiting in line for that moment then God sends them down. : )

I agree..we are spiritual being pro-creating new little living spirits...

Doesn't scripture say that God desired children? If they were already in Heaven then He already had them...
He could have created millions of little Adam's but in His wisdom He always has dual purposes and intents.

They flew into the presence of Jehovah. I realized they were new souls who came from the thoughts of God. God thinks kids. Now I know why those newborn babies are so precious. Babies are gifts given to us directly from the Throne of God. I heard them saying to God, "Can I be a spirit? Would you send me to the earth so I can be a spirit? I want to be a redeemed person. Can I be a spirit?" And while I watched, I heard that mighty sound of God's power, Whooosh! I saw these babies leave the Throne by the power of God. (Heaven Close encounters of the God Kind p.119).

My question is, can you think of anything in scripture that would support or nullify what he said?
    Uh...no.

Origen is also the founder of that heretical teaching, a-millennialism. Personally, as I've considered the origins for a-millennialism, I can't help but think that some of these early Church Fathers were under the influence of a principality over Egypt, that corrupted the Church early on. Just my opinion.....
