So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.

Millions in this country celebrate Easter with baskets, chocolate bunnies, and colored eggs. This is the worlds celebration of Easter.
As for us Christians, we celebrate Jesus resurrection remembering the ultimate sacrifice our Lord made for us at Calvary in taking our sins upon Himself so that we could be set free from bondage.
The precious Blood of Jesus was shed for our salvation, healing, and our deliverance. And I personally find it disturbing that many in our churches don't sing about it much anymore. But there is still wonder working power in His Blood.
Most believers have no idea what it cost the Father and the Son to redeem man-kind on that old rugged cross. Further more, many Christians fail to realize that Jesus bled from 7 primary places in His body. The number 7 means completion (It is finished) and where He bleed from has great significance.
What are those 7 places and what did He actually pay for?
The Lord bled from the full circumference of his head. He paid a full price for our wholeness of mind.
His back was ripped to sheds by the Roman scourge. By His stripes we are healed.
Both His hands were pierced. We do everything with our hands. He paid a full price so we can prosper, provide for our families, and give financially into the propagation of the gospel both locally and globally.
Both His feet were pierced. Why His feet? Our feet make us mobile. Our Lord paid a full price so we can follow Him through anything regardless of the trials we will face in this life.
Lastly, a Roman spear pierced His side and water blood gushed from His heart area. He paid for all our emotional hurts, wounds, rejection, betrayals, abuse, everything we may have suffered, or will suffer in the future. The Lord knows our pain and He has already paid the price.
Easter comes once a year, and of instead of giving thanks to our Lord only one day out of the year, we should give thanks everyday for what He has done, what He is doing, and what He is going to do for each of us.
If you put God First, you have Him at Last.
