In his broadcast tribute to Rev Graham, Kenneth Copeland related that someone said to him that Billy didn't believe in Divine healing. Brother Copeland corrected the man by relating that Graham indeed believed in divine healing, but that he was called to preach the Gospel of Salvation and not so much preaching on healing. He also related that Oral Roberts and Billy Graham were very close friends, loved each other, and communicated with one another regularly.

We all preach salvation. The gifts are added to our salvation message.

Of course we ALL preach Salvation. But some of us are called to also emphasize healing, faith, the gifts of the Spirit, prosperity, etc. Brother Hagin’s ministry emphasis was faith and healing. Of course he preached Salvation, but God also told him to...”Go teach My people faith.”

We each have the commandment to preach the Gospel, but God also empowers us in any one or more particular areas as well. Billy Graham’s main assignment was to preach Salvation. As far as I know, he didn’t emphasize the gifts of the Spirit because that’s not what God wanted him to concentrate his message on.
