    Can't lose it?

Maybe I should adjust that title too, "Can't forfeit it"?

There is a counterfeit grace message going around that seems to negate one's responsibility to holy living. In other words, if we're deliberately living in sin, grace will cover whatever personal shortcomings (sin) that I may be doing. I need not worry about it.

It also conveys a counterfeit message that my salvation is secure in spite of my personal failures (sin) and God understands my heart.

I believe that living in a "loose" irresponsible Christian walk in the faith can be dangerous, and may prove to be toxic for the soul, and could produce eternal consequences.

Let me bring up a couple of Scriptures that refute the message that seems to be so prevalent today that portrays a, "Don't worry, you'll make heaven no matter what".

Then if anyone can spare 15 minutes to view the John Bevere Clip below, I think it would be worth the time due to it's timely message.

"And how can we be sure that we belong to Him? By obeying His commandments. If someone says, "I belong to God," but doesn't obey God's commandments, that person is a liar and does not live in the truth"(1 Jn 2:3-4 NLT).

"For the grace of God has been revealed, bringing salvation to all people. And we are instructed to turn from godless living and sinful pleasures. We should live in this evil world with self-control, right conduct, and devotion to God"( Titus 2:11-12 NLT).

If you put God First, you have Him at Last.

It's the Hyper-grace movement. Not good. I've had some sad experience with that error. It's shipwrecking the faith of some.

I didn't watch, his hyper-legalism stuff from years ago put him on my no-watch list.

Has he gotten to the NEW Testament yet?

I made it until the 12,576 "are you with me"

who ever did this video chopped up things badly.

Bookie, what, exactly is the Hyper Grace movement? Who do you think represents it best?

    .

There are a few prominent teachers of it. Clark Whitten is one. His book is "Pure Grace." Hyper-grace basically says that once you're saved, you can forget about sin. Fuego often posts stuff from Michael Brown. He has written a rebuttal to hyper-grace.
