Bush--not my favorites. Bush twins just did a little social drinking. Most here accept that lifestyle.

Not as I recall from former President Bush's book..as I recall he candidly spoke of having a drinking problem. In that context he spoke of how Laura turned his life around...As for the 'most here' remark I believe it has been clearly stated by most, if not all, that it is not our 'lifestyle' nor do we promote a drinking 'lifestyle'....

I think I know after all the threads of debate. No, I never had one poster here agree with me that the drug alcohol is bad for you. Everyone here agreed that it is okay to drink. And that is all the Bush twins do. Just social drinking.

Lifestyle ...I believe an occasional glass of wine is not sin...but rarely ever partake...so that is not a 'lifestyle'. Nor do I attend or even have relationships with anyone who drinks on a regular basis....so no....I would guess most who believe drinking is a liberty they don't view it as expedient and abstain. So no, most here, I believe do not have a lifestyle of social drinking...last post off topic...

President Bush did say something to the affect of drinking too much before Laura...so as I recall he did own up to a drinking problem...
Due to his honesty he was accused of abusive drinking while in office....especially toward the end..

I have ALWAYS been against Christians drinking alcohol, (though I don't judge them), and have said so many times on this Forum and on the former Forums.
And for you to fib about "everyone" here agrees that it's ok to drink alcohol is plain wrong. You're always trying to make out like you're the perfect Christian with that "holier-than-thou" attitude. You need to FIX that!
The Bush twins did more than social drinking, while they were underage.

If people don't speak up I assume they are a "sipper." Most of those debates were before you were here. So you and me are sober. Sometimes I can tell by the posts that somebody must be sipping they are so ridiculous!
I am sure glad I will have a sober neighbor in Heaven.

Hmmm? I wonder who that somebody may be?

It's quite funny that in Norwegian the word "sipper" means crybaby.
